Fees & Financial Policies

Payment for counseling is due at time of service.  If in-network insurance is being used, the client is responsible for paying the co-pay and Barbara Coyle will submit the claim to the insurance company.  If out-of network insurance is utilized, the client will pay the full session fee to Barbara, and then the claim will be submitted to insurance which will reimburse the client directly.  If there is a fee for service agreement in place, when no insurance is used, the client will pay the service fee at the time services are rendered.  A reduced fee, on a sliding scale basis, is offered to clients when there is no insurance (or the benefits will not cover these services), combined with a financial restriction that would prohibit the client receiving services if a full fee were charged.  Medical Financial Services is a medical billing company, which manages client accounts and submits claims to the insurance companies.  For statement and billing information, you can contact them directly at 732-349-3838.  Below is a list of insurance companies of which Barbara Coyle is an in-network provider.  Please note that each benefit plan is unique and the provider’s in-network status might not apply to your plan.
