“Find Your Balance” is the tag-line of this practice because it describes why & how counseling can be helpful. Sometimes it takes an objective view of the problem to see where the imbalance lies and/or how it can be attended to. There are proven techniques and practices that can help establish equilibrium in the individual, inter-personally and within the family system. Here are some examples of timeless issues where balance plays an important role:

  • Attending to physical, emotional, mental & spiritual health

  • Feeling safe & comfortable yet challenged to progress
  • Moving through the grief process
  • Enjoying life’s work & making a living
  • Parenting with unconditional love & clear limits
  • Staying in the present while making sense of the past
